Guidelines for Exhibitors
The NC Trail Days festival is a celebration of trails, outdoor recreation and the natural character of our region that provides for it all.
Please consider joining us if you are:
An outdoor retailer or manufacturer
A non-profit hiking, cycling, climbing, paddling, mountain biking, trail running or similar club or group
A land trust or conservancy
An environmental advocacy organization
A trails advocacy group
or a similar organization.
Please send in your application for approval early to ensure your space.
Your application will be reviewed and you will receive a follow-up email
confirming your participation and prompting you to pay the booth fee within 7-10 business days.
Booth Details and Fees:
10x10 booth space on either of the lawns surrounding the Yadkin Valley Heritage & Trails Visitor Center:
$100 fee
Non-profit booths - No charge
Exhibitors who provide an approved workshop or educational event will receive a FREE booth space.
We try to make it easy to exhibit at NC Trail Days, but there are a few rules:

All exhibitors must provide their own displays, tents, tables and chairs. Sand bags should accompany all tents for stability in case of high winds. If an activity is provided all necessary equipment is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

All exhibitors must participate during the entire festival vending hours on Saturday 1:00 - 6:00 PM
Festival Exhibitor Date and Hours:
Saturday, June 7th, 2025
Set up time: 10:30am-12:30pm
Festival Hours: 1-6pm
Break down: 6-7pm
*Vendors have the option to setup for Friday and stay through Sunday of the festival as well*

Friday setup is 3:30 - 4:30pm and the Block Party runs 5-8pm (vendors may close after 8pm)

Sunday vendor option runs 11am - 2pm (vendors may pack up after 2pm if doing Sunday)
The festival will go on rain or shine…no refunds on booth space.
